Meet the Team

Cory Gracey serves as the Employing Yacht Broker of Record and Managing Partner of Florida Yacht & Home. His career in the marine industry began in Everett, Washington, in 2000 with Sharp Yachts Sales & Service, where he built and led a full-service operation supporting a fleet of 75 yachts. 

He developed a brokerage team specializing in offshore catamarans and yacht sales while also leading a logistics division that continues to deliver yachts by land and sea today. After selling Sharp Yachts, Cory sailed through the Florida Keys and the Bahamas before joining Nordic Tugs, where he contributed to product development and played a key role in shaping the 40 and 44-foot models. 

His leadership continued as Western Regional Sales Manager for Groupe Beneteau, where he supported dealer networks and sales growth. Later, he served as General Sales Manager for Seattle Yachts before embarking on a personal sailing journey across Southeast Asia, from Thailand to Indonesia, and completing it in the Philippines while working as a yacht broker for Asia Marine.

Shanda Gracey brings more than two decades of full-time real estate experience across St. Lucie, Martin, and Indian River Counties. She has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents throughout her career built on relationships, trust, and long-term client success. 

Her work includes residential sales, new construction homes, investment properties, and first-time homebuyer guidance. Many of her clients return for repeat transactions or refer friends and family, reflecting the strength of her service-driven approach. 

In 2023, Shanda and Cory combined their professional expertise and personal passion for waterfront living. Their shared experience in real estate and marine industries naturally evolved into Florida Yacht & Home, LLC, a unified service model for coastal clients. 

Together, we bring a dual perspective that connects yacht ownership with real estate strategy. Our clients benefit from a team that understands dockside living, property value, vessel logistics, and long-term investment planning.
